[edit] What screen resolutions can the Nivo drive?

The current hardware is capable of 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024.

[edit] Can I use a USB keyboard and mouse?

Most USB keyboards and mice come with an adapter to allow them to be plugged into the PS/2 sockets used by the Nivo, and they should then work fine. Note that with some (rare) models, the adapters appear to be specific to the model and an adapter for one type of keyboard won't always work with another.
